Company Structures
 

Enviro Innovations was created in August 2009. Penviro joined us the same year and bought 49% shares in our Company. Penviro is our 100% BEE partner.
Enviro Innovations is currently the holder of the patent for the Umzanzi Bin. Under Enviro Innovations we formed two sister company's namely  Enviro Plastics and Enviro Recycling.

Enviro Plastics produces the Umzanzi Bin as well as other Environmental friendly products. We currently have one of the largest Injection Molding machines in Southern Africa.

Enviro Recycling is responsible for the collection and selling of recyclable materials in South Africa. We recently launched a public initiative where we let the public buy shares in our company and earn money with recyclable materials collected.

Community Projects

 

We Assist the community on starting, operating & funding small businesses.

We also give out bursaries for people who want to go and study as well as people who want to obtain a trade.
 

We also assist local fisherman with funding for permits and provide food allowances to the local community.
